History: In the summer of 1996, through the Holy Spirit, and interest arose from the Hispanic community of Our Lady of the Woods to present to our parish, the History of Our Lady of Guadalupe She is the Patron Saint of the AMERICAS, and her feast day is Dec. 12. Since then, we have celebrated this feast day every year. We have also been called to do Quinceañera celebrations for our young 15 year old girls dedicating themselves to God at a special mass for them. We have also been called to sing at Weddings, baptisms and funerals that require Spanish music.
