“Do This in Memory of Me”
This year we will focus on the theme “Do This in Memory of Me.” With these words we are commanded to enter into the mystery of the Eucharist. Throughout the year, let us grow deeper in love with the Lord and meditate on the power the Eucharist has in our lives.

Service Opportunity:
Information about donating food to our annual Thanksgiving giving basket has gone out this week. Many classes have collected food and money for needy families during this Holiday. If a child does not donate, please do not pursue it, it just might be the case that they cannot contribute.
New Resources:
The preschool program will be getting coloring books on Advent and Prayers.
The Family Program will be getting a guide to Advent with the Family.
Don’t forget to fill out the Resource Request Form so that your resources will be ready for you. If you have never seen a liturgical calendar (it looks like a wheel) take a close look. It is fill will days to celebrate God’s unending love and mercy. Each day is truly a day that the Lord has made, it is right to rejoice and be glad.
Catechist’s Tip of the Week:
Discipline in the classroom is important! If you are spending all your time trying to correct unwanted behavior, then how much time are you actually using to spread the word of God? Please, if you have a child who is uncooperative, send them to the office!
Thank you for all your hard work! You are faithful servants of the Lord!
If you need anything let us know.
Thanks and Blessings,
Jan
