Tuition Assistance Program

In 2021 Our Lady of the Woods Parish established a Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) for active parish families who send their children to a Catholic Grade School or Catholic High School. The program has grown, and this year OLOW is supporting six families and 14 students who are attending an area Catholic School. Since the inception of our Tuition Assistance Program in the school year 2022-2023 we have issued 29 awards.

The Program’s basics are listed below:

• The OLOW Catholic School Tuition Assistance Program is NOT BASED on Financial need or status. It is an opportunity for the OLOW community to support families who send their children to a Catholic Grade or Catholic High School.
• The amount offered per student is $500 per student in Pre-school or Kindergarten enrolled in a Catholic Grade School, $1,000 per student enrolled in a Catholic Grade School (grades 1-8) and $1,500 per student enrolled in a Catholic High School (grades 9-12) and $500 per student enrolled in Catholic College enrolled in religious study classes.
• The Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) is open to all active parishioners who choose to participate. To apply, the family must be registered and active at OLOW Parish for a minimum of six months.

Special recognition goes to the parishioners that have contributed directly to the TAP Fund through specified donations, via online and envelopes, it is deeply appreciated!
