Order of Christian Initiation of Adults & Know Your Faith

  • OCIA is designed for adults who desire to join the Catholic faith and for those seeking more information about the Catholic Church.
  • It can also be a method for Catholics to complete their reception of the initiation sacraments.
  • The process involves several stages, including evangelization, precatechumenate, catechumenate, purification and enlightenment, and mystagogy.
  • Emphasizes ongoing formation in our Catholic faith. Ideal for those who are interested in relearning what they forgot or maybe never realized about their faith and those who are called to the role of godparent.
